State police arrested Matthew G. Hawley, 47, on a charge of disorderly conduct Saturday as emergency crews battled a structure fire in Lakeville.

NEPA News was at the scene and observed Hawley present during the fire. He was seen causing disturbances and yelling at fire personnel while crews were actively operating at the incident.

Authorities have not released any information indicating whether Hawley had any involvement in the cause of the fire.
