Wayne County, Pa - Timothy P.  Abbott, a 49-year-old man from Damascus, died on Saturday night after a Polaris Sportsman ATV that he was driving crashed and rolled over on Stonefence Road, according to a report by Pennsylvania State Police in Honesdale. 

The report said that the man was negotiating a right curve on Stonefence Road just north of Lakeview Drive when the vehicle rolled over onto its right side and trapped Abbott underneath the vehicle. He was found deceased upon arrival of the first responders at around 10 pm. State Police say he was not wearing a helmet.
